About

IPRESTANDA is a Norwegian systems consultancy.

It builds operational infrastructure for businesses that run on process, precision, and people. The clients are aquaculture operators, logistics managers, and operations-heavy SMEs across Trøndelag and Norway. The problems are real, repeatable, and expensive. The systems exist to fix them.

The firm is led by Murphy Alex.

About the Founder

Software engineering at undergraduate level. Signal processing and communications at postgraduate level. These are not soft disciplines. They teach you to think in systems, to care about what actually works rather than what sounds good in a meeting.

The professional career was built in London: high execution standards, low tolerance for ambiguity. That environment is where the methodology was developed and pressure-tested across real operational constraints.

Today, the company is based in Trøndelag, with a focus on Frøya and Hitra, two of Norway's most operationally demanding regions. Aquaculture operations here depend on precision, compliance, and coordination across distributed teams and sites. Failures are measurable in cost, downtime, and risk.

IPRESTANDA is built and tested in this environment. Not from a distance, but within operations where reliability is critical and ineffective tools are quickly exposed.

Built for

The company's methodology is built for environments where:

  • operations are continuous and high-stakes
  • small inefficiencies compound quickly
  • coordination across people, systems, and locations is critical

IPRESTANDA exists to bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline into these conditions.

What we build

Two types of systems.

Process automation.

Manual, repeatable work takes operator time it should not take: reporting, handovers, follow-up, coordination across shifts and sites. IPRESTANDA builds the systems that replace that work. Operators operate. The system handles the rest.

Visual intelligence.

Cameras are already running on production floors, pen cameras, logistics yards, and sites across Norwegian operations. Most footage is only reviewed after something goes wrong. IPRESTANDA builds systems that watch that data continuously and surface what matters: anomalies, patterns, early warnings. The infrastructure is already there. The intelligence is the layer on top.

Aquaculture

Fish behaviour, feeding response, health indicators. Continuous monitoring across cages and sites. Early signals before they become incidents.

Livestock and Agriculture

Condition scoring, movement patterns, early illness detection. Systematic observation at scale, not periodic manual checks.

Industrial and Logistics

Equipment condition, site safety compliance, load monitoring, vehicle presence. The operation running as intended, verified continuously.

IPRESTANDA does not sell software licences or advisory decks. It maps how an operation actually runs and builds the systems that replace what should not require human time. The output is infrastructure the client owns.

How the work happens

Six steps. No deviation.

01
Clarify. Map how the operation actually runs. Not how it is supposed to run.
02
Simplify. Identify what is creating friction, delay, or manual load. Remove it.
03
Systemise. Build the system that replaces the manual work or surfaces the intelligence.
04
Execute. Deploy. No pilots that go nowhere.
05
Audit. Measure. Confirm the system is running as intended.
06
Compound. Extend to the next problem. One workflow at a time.

IPRESTANDA works with operations-heavy businesses in Trøndelag and across Norway. If the operation has process problems, there is a system for it.
