Proof

We built it for ourselves first.

IPRESTANDA does not sell a methodology it has not run. The systems consultancy runs on the same operational infrastructure it installs for clients.

Harvey manages operations: scheduling, monitoring, pipeline, research, outreach, content, and reporting. Harvey does not replace judgement. It replaces the operational overhead that would otherwise occupy the people doing the actual work.

Mission Control is the platform: a single operational dashboard tracking leads, projects, documents, tasks, team, and tools. Built to the same specification as the client-facing systems IPRESTANDA delivers.

The agent team handles recurring functions autonomously: research, sales pipeline movement, content publication, email monitoring, and brief generation. These run daily without instruction.

The result: a consultancy that operates with the throughput of a larger firm and the overhead of a very small one. That gap is the product.

In practice

What this looks like in real operations.

These are shaped around real problem types in the Trøndelag market. Anonymised. Specific enough to be credible.

Aquaculture reporting — Trøndelag coast

An aquaculture operation across three sites was producing compliance reports manually. Production manager, site coordinators, and admin staff contributed to the same documents twice a week. The process took between three and five hours per reporting cycle across the team.

The workflow was mapped. Data collection points were identified. An automated pull from existing production systems was configured, a draft report generated, and exceptions flagged for human review. Staff sign off. The report goes out.

Current state: 15 to 20 minutes per cycle instead of three to five hours. No new software licences. No new staff. Same data, different flow.

Shift handover — multi-site operations

A logistics operation running across four sites and two shifts was coordinating handovers through a combination of phone calls, group messages, and verbal briefings. Information gaps between shifts were causing repeated errors and rework. The cost was not dramatic in any single incident, but accumulated into significant operational drag over time.

A structured handover system was mapped, templated, and automated. Each shift close triggers a completion form. The data populates a handover brief automatically. The incoming shift lead receives it before they arrive.

Errors linked to information gaps dropped in the first month. Rework reduced. The phone calls stopped.
